Orders requiring fillings, specialty cake/frosting flavors*, sculpting, fondant, or special decorations will be priced individually.

Placing an Order

We accept only a limited number of orders each week.  We recommend placing your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance of your event date to ensure availability.  We will attempt to accommodate last minute requests if availability allows, so please still inquire if under 2 weeks.  To start your order, contact us to begin the design process.

Minimum Order

We require a minimum order of $45.

Payment

Full prepayment is required to secure your order.  We accept cash or credit card only.  Any changes to an order that result in additional charges must be paid prior to pick-up or delivery. 

Delivery

Orders can be picked up in Shakopee for no additional charge.  Orders requiring delivery will be subject to a $10 minimum delivery fee within 10 miles, or $1 per mile, up to 30 miles outside of Shakopee.  We are only able to fulfill orders in the State of Minnesota.

Cancellation

When you place your order, we hold your date and turn away other opportunities for orders.  As we get closer to your event date we order supplies and begin work.  To ensure that we are fairly compensated for this time and lost orders, refunds are available based on the below cancellation schedule:

14-29 days from Event                           50% of payment   

Less than 14 days from event                No refund        

*Due to the nature of our license, we are considered a homebased business and will not be able to accommodate specific flavor requests that require refrigeration.  Our products are homemade and not subject to state inspection.
